So what exactly does Google Workspace offer that makes it so useful? Depending on what plan is chosen, the features one has access to may vary.

  • Google Workspace for Individuals: Starting at $9.99 a month, the individual plan allows you to unlock special features such as unlimited call time and recording for Google Meet, an appointment booking system for Google Calendar, and professional email templates for Gmail. • Google Workspace for Business: Google offers three different plans (Starter, Standard, and Plus) depending on your business’ needs. Pricing varies anywhere from $6-$18 a month, and all plans include a custom business email. For more information about what features come with each plan, click here. Note, the plans listed under Google Workspace for Business are intended for small to mid-sized businesses. Large scale businesses would require Google Workspace for enterprises.
  • Google Workspace for Enterprise: Used by top performing enterprises such as Etsy, Salesforce, Spotify, and Twitter, Google Workspace for enterprise is a great option for keeping teams connected and organized. From healthcare, to retail, to manufacturing, Google Workspace is a popular choice across all sectors. Given the scale and range of features that a large enterprise may require in using Google Workspace, it is recommended that one contact the sales team at Google to learn more about pricing. Regardless of what plan is chosen, Google Workspace has a 14 day trial period.  After those 14 days, you will be charged the monthly payment for your respective plan and are free to cancel it whenever you would like. Google Workspace sometimes has promotions with discounted pricing for some of their plans so keep an eye out for those!
